What this workshop is

This is a hands-on entrepreneurship session designed to help you launch a new business or scale an existing one. You will leave with a written plan you can build from—not just ideas.

Goal: Participants leave with a written Business Plan (start-up) or Expansion Plan (existing business) that’s clear enough to share with strategic and/or financial partners.

Format: Guided exercises + templates + peer feedback + next-step commitments.

What you’ll walk away with

  • A “Plan on Paper” business plan or expansion plan
  • Your next 3 action steps (with dates)
  • A simple 90-day execution focus (what you’ll do weekly)
  • Connection to trusted business resources

Who should attend

  • Aspiring entrepreneurs and side-hustlers ready to get serious
  • Small business owners looking to grow revenue, customers, or operations
  • Anyone who needs structure, clarity, and accountability

What to bring

  • Your business idea (or current business info)
  • A notebook or laptop
  • Optional: any existing plan, notes, or numbers (even rough)

Pre-work (2 minutes — please complete before you arrive):
To help us tailor the workshop and connect you to the right resources, please be ready to answer these quick questions (you’ll see them during registration and again in your confirmation email):

  1. Where are you starting? (idea / side hustle / existing business)
  2. In one sentence, what business are you building (or growing)?
  3. What is your main goal for the next 90 days?
  4. What do you most want to leave with? (choose up to 2)
  5. What’s your biggest obstacle right now?
  6. Will you attend three monthly follow-up check-ins (virtual)?
  7. How did you hear about this workshop?

(Optional, if you have time)

  • Who is your customer and what problem do you solve?
  • Do you already have a written business plan?
  • Are you seeking funding in the next 12 months?

Follow-up accountability (3 months)

We’re building “stickiness” into this workshop. After Feb 21, you’ll be invited to three monthly group check-ins (virtual) to:

  • share progress,
  • get unstuck, and
  • connect to resources and support.

(Dates and RSVP links will be emailed to registrants.)

Important note (training-focused)

This is a training and educational workshop—not a sales or prospecting event. No pitches from the stage and no lead collection during the session. We’re here to learn, plan, and take action.
