Join UT Dallas’ Center for Vital Longevity (CVL) and the EMPOWER Series for an interactive workshop designed to help you strengthen your brain’s resilience, improve focus, and support mental well-being through everyday habits.
On Saturday, August 16, 2025, at the Martin Luther King Jr. Recreation Center (2901 Pennsylvania Ave, Dallas, TX 75215), CVL experts will share science-based insights and guide participants through practical brain exercises that enhance memory, attention, and decision-making.
Event Schedule:
- 10:00 – 10:30 AM | Check-In, Networking & Refreshments
- 10:30 – 11:30 AM | Interactive Workshop, Q&A, Wrap-Up & Closing Remarks
- 11:30 – 12:00 PM | Open Mingling & Room Clean-Up (Volunteers in Action)
Program ends by 11:30 AM. Volunteers will manage clean-up as attendees mingle.
For those unable to attend in person, the workshop will be livestreamed on the EMPOWER Series YouTube channel and Facebook page, and will remain available afterward to watch again and share with others.
This event is FREE and open to adults and families (Recommended for ages 16+).
