Walking the Bridge to Better Health & Fitness Strategies

In July, we're taking our workshop outdoors for a walk across the scenic Ronald Kirk Pedestrian Bridge. But it's not just a walk! We'll also have a session led by certified personal trainer Taro Johnson III, where you'll learn valuable tips to get in shape, improve your health, and reach your fitness goals.

Here's what you can expect:
  • 10:00 AM - 10:30 AM: Stretching and warm-up led by Taro Johnson III, Certified Persona Trainer
  • 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Walk across the Ronald Kirk Pedestrian Bridge, enjoying the scenery and fresh air.
  • 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM: Q&A session with Taro Johnson III.
  • Bonus: The founder of the EMPOWER Series will share his personal journey towards better health and weight management.

Meeting point: Felix Lozada Sr. Gateway (starting point of the Ronald Kirk Pedestrian Bridge, Dallas, TX 75212)

Parking: Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge Parking Lot

What to bring: Comfortable walking shoes, water bottle, and a hat (optional).
