This year's featured guest, Amber Barbee Pickens, is an award-winning performing artist, actress, author, and City of Dallas Arts and Culture Commissioner representing District 3.

A Dallas native and graduate of Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts and The Juilliard School, Amber has built a multifaceted career in dance, theater, television, and the arts. Her journey has taken her to Broadway and beyond, while her commitment to education, mentorship, and community service continues to create opportunities for others.

Through a personal, engaging conversation, we'll explore Amber's journey beyond her accomplishments:
