Join EMPOWER Series for Strong Body, Strong Life: Wellness & Fitness for Busy Lives, an active fitness and wellness workshop designed for real people with busy lives.
This is not just a sit-down workshop. Come prepared to move.
Led by returning presenter Troy Stoudermire of TLS Performance, this workshop will include guided movement, fitness demonstrations, practical wellness tips, and real-life strategies to help you build strength, improve consistency, eat smarter, and take action toward a healthier lifestyle.
Whether you are just getting started, getting back on track, or looking for motivation to stay committed, this workshop will help you take the next step toward building a stronger body and a stronger life.
All fitness levels are welcome. Participants are encouraged to move at their own pace and only do what feels safe and comfortable.
What to Expect
This active workshop will focus on:
- Guided movement and exercise demonstrations
- Building realistic fitness habits for busy lives
- Moving more consistently
- Reducing processed foods
- Cutting back on sugar
- Making better nutrition choices
- Creating healthier routines
- Staying motivated and accountable
90-Day Strong Body, Strong Life Challenge
The workshop will also launch the 90-Day Strong Body, Strong Life Challenge.
After the workshop, participants will be invited to join three group accountability calls over the next 90 days to help stay motivated, committed, and consistent.
The challenge will focus on simple, practical action steps:
- Reduce processed foods
- Cut back on sugar
- Move more consistently
- Build healthier daily habits
- Stay accountable with others working toward change
The goal is not perfection. The goal is progress, consistency, and creating new behaviors that support a strong body and a strong life.

What to Wear
Please wear comfortable workout clothes and athletic shoes. Dress in clothing that allows you to move, stretch, and participate safely.
What to Bring
Bring water, a towel, and a positive attitude. You may also want to bring a notebook or your phone to capture action steps for your 90-day fitness and wellness goals.
